Xanthan Gum (Food Grade, 200 Mesh) is a high-quality hydrocolloid used for thickening, stabilizing, and suspending ingredients in food and beverage applications. Its fine 200-mesh particle size allows rapid dispersion and smooth hydration without clumping. Xanthan gum delivers consistent viscosity, excellent shear stability, and strong performance across a wide pH range, making it ideal for sauces, dressings, beverages, dairy, bakery, and gluten-free products. It remains stable during heating, cooling, and freezing, ensuring reliable texture and shelf-life.
